Sgt. Borden irritated by me saying the word “raped”!
My crime was saying that I was raped. This one word has been the anchor.
I was raped on March 8, 2015 by George West, Jr. (Main Main). This is not an allegation; this is a fact. I hid underneath a coffee table. I placed a box facing the opening of the living room doorway and gathered a dark sheet that would further disguise me. I crawled under the table and slept in a fetal position to avoid my feet and head protruding from each end of the table. Eventually, I fell asleep with the small space heater near my head. I guess that I moved in my sleep because my head was protruding from the table when George West, Jr. (Main-Main) startled me by loudly saying something like “what are doing under the table.” I just stared up at him. Eventually, George left, so I felt like everything would be ok, so I moved my legs for a more comfortable position, but I remained under the table. Then, I fell back asleep. I was awaken again now by the table being moved off of my body by George West, Jr. (Main-Main), which startled me again. George (Main Main) forced his knees in-between my legs and wedged them apart. I began pleading with him and I kept saying no please no. Once George (Main Main) began raping me, I started crying and turned my head to the side. After George (Main Main) finished, he got up and stated, “I’m sorry lil lady,” and left the room. All I could do was cry myself back to sleep.
It has always been very difficult trying to be supportive of George (Main Main) especially with all of the physical abuse, but it became more difficult, as he use to attempt to guilt me into having sexual interactions with him. I was not interested in doing so, as his chronic “condition” was completely disgusting, repulsive, and vomit inducing to me. Also, I developed what later was diagnosed as PTSD with even mentioning his chronic STD, as George (Main Main) would punish me for it. So, I use to have to result to making up illnesses about myself in hopes that he would have some remorse and spare me, but he raped me in March despite me pleaing and crying. This rape was one of the most devasting things that I have experienced. It even feels worse than the child molestation that I experienced because I didn’t trust those men and I expected it from them, but to have someone that you trust actually rape you felt like death. In addition, George’s incurable STD compounded the trauma, which forced me to go through a series of repeated testing over 6 months to verify that he didn’t infect me when he raped me.
Sgt. Richard Borden, you and the rest of the criminal gang of officers had NO right to hide and suppress my rape.
Putting a face and name on all of these officers, who have caused so much trauma and distress, is needed. Their actions allowed my abuser to flourish in harassing, stalking me, getting away with trying to kill me again, pulling out guns around my child again, lying in court on my child and getting away with it, and trying to physically abuse my child.
So, these officers’ actions ended up affecting my baby. Similarly, MPD Officer John Pasley’s, the officer who murdered my father, actions affected my daddy’s children. When officers lie and kill, it has a devasting effect; especially, on children. This police department has terrostic style policing strategies, which is a public safety concern.
George made elaborate tales even to Sgt. Bradley, but he didn’t have to do much work because Sgt. Borden was 2 steps ahead of him. Sgt. Borden punished me for saying the word “raped”.
George (Main Main) admitted to Sgt. Bradley to being an alcoholic, who could not remember how he got home nor remember the spelling of my child’s name. None of these officers questioned it.
A gang of men in uniform protecting a rapist and a woman beater, who chased and cornered me, as I tried to escape on March 23, 2015. I had every right to defend myself. These criminal officers had no right to determine if I lived or died because those were my only options. You all are not heros; You all are criminals in uniform, who get away with their crimes.
The names of the criminal gang members in police uniform from the Memphis Police Department, who hold the keys to my ongoing disastrous situation:
- Sgt. Richard Borden, who is a white male, with an IBM # of 0044 – He was leader of the lie. This “officer” is a psychopath in my opinion.
- Sgt. Barnabus Bradley, who is a black male, with an IBM # of 2305
- Sgt. Kevin Covington, who is a black male, with an IBM # of 2470
- Officer Brian Redick, who is a black male, with an IBM # of 10619
- Officer R. Finnie, who is a black male, with an IBM # of 6869
- Officer Margaret Walker, who is a black female, with an IBM # of 2467
- Lt. J. Bell with an IBM # of 0690
- Note: Shelby County District Attorney General Glenda Adams allegedly was the DA that helped MPD permanently conceal my rape. Officers would not be allowed to get away with crimes if not for the participation of the District Attorney’s office, which was the case in the murder of my father as well. Now, Glenda Adams was fired in 2020 for allegations of misconduct involving the misuse of confidential information, so she is being investigated by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. The allegations of a District Attorney leaking confidential information that was supposed to protect the parties involved is a serious crime. We will follow-up on the case against Glenda Adams.

Off of our backs, officers get away with lying on us and killing us. In addition, there appears to be a desire to make cases noteworthy in an attempt to get a promotion: this is a receipe for disaster.

Officers Under Review: Uncovering the Crime!
Terroistic style policing from a criminal gang of officers shows a documented history of allegations of threatening to shoot a child, going inside a female citizen’s pants and lying on her with an independent witness verifying the officer lied, stealing, killing, physical abuse of spouses, choking a child, and covering up other criminal behaviors.
The review will start with Sgt. Richard Borden, white male officer with an IBM of 0044. This officer is a psychopath and the starter of my ongoing hell: George (Main Main) has the ability to acutally kill my child and me with impunity with simple lies that never gets investigated.
When I said the word “raped”, I saw Sgt. Borden flinch. I suspect this was the start of Sgt. Borden’s manipulating police records to fit his narrative because he simply appeared to be irritated by me telling him that I was raped.
In addition, Sgt. Borden added words that I never stated in his statement and he promised me that George (Main Main) would not get into any trouble if I told him what George did to me. Besides the bruises and knots present on my face, I did tell Sgt. Borden about the rape and the beating that night as well as George chasing me down and cornering me of which I recounted other physically abusive incidents.
It is my belief based on the records and demeanor that Sgt Borden and Sgt Covington intentionally omitted my rape in an attempt to undermine any investigations.
Sgt Richard Borden’s Background:
- Per his police records, the department appeared to have concluded that Sgt. Borden disregarded the safety of another citizen in need.
- Most importantly, this officer is a textbook case of a psychopath in my laymen’s research.A child and several witnesses claimed that Sgt. Bradley threatened to shoot a child. Also, Sgt. Bradley was accused of choking that same child.

Sgt. Baranbus Bradley’s Background:
- A child and several witnesses claimed that Sgt. Bradley threatened to shoot a child. Also, Sgt. Bradley was accused of choking that same child.
- Sgt. Bradley has been accused of obtaining a warrant and arresting a female citizen without evidence for the benefit of his girlfriend’s son.
- Sgt. Bradley was accused of pushing his former wife, whose name is Tonya Bradley.
- Sgt. Bradley was accused of calling his wife, C. Davis-Bradley, bitches, whore and being aggressive while he had their young daughter on his hip.
- And so on… I will stop here as this officer’s record is riddled with violence. Yet, he was still working as an investigator in the Domestic Violence unit of all places as of 2016.

The officers previously mentioned have been accused of concealing other officer’s stealing drugs off a citizen, killing of citizens, threatening to kill children, choking children, pushing their wives, lying on other citizens to obtain an arrest warrant, stealing records to conceal information, and so on.
It is disgraceful that these officers are still active police officers and still receive promotions. I guess all that matters is for them to keep manipulating for Memphis Police Department: all their crimes will be swept under a rug.
In my eyes, they are at minimum criminals with a badge.

*Note: I know that there must be some good officers. I urge those officers to stay on in the police department and speak up & document when there is injustice. It won’t make you popular with your fellow officers, but you swore to an oath of office to serve honestly and faithfully. I recognize that this corruption is engrained in the culture of the police department, as giving people an ounce of “power” and attaching ones promotion to arrests with the permission and influence of the police department to lie (we all know that lying is a tactic of theirs) will breed it.
