Memphis Police Department: A different day, a new corruption plot at New Allen Precinct.

MPD’s Plot to Cover Up An Informant’s Attempted Murder & Arson Crimes!

A breaking news story regarding the Memphis Police Department attempts to cover up the arson and 2 separate attempted murders including the lives of several children and shooting of the actual victim to protect an alleged informant named Chris Wallace, who is also a promininet gang member. The informant Chris Wallace has further ties with Memphis Police Department, as the he allegedly has a family member who is a lieutenant at New Allen Police precinct. The informant Chris was sent to the victim’s place of business, as the informant begged the victim to repair his (referring to the informant Chris Wallace) car. This was the gateway desired for MPD to attempt to frame the victim, as they have tried to do so in the past. It appears that MPD is giving their informant Chris Wallace free reign to murder, as  the informant Chris is the suspect that made several attempts to kill the victim while the informant Chris has been simultaneously conspiring and going to the police station to create several fictious cases. In addition, the informant threatened the victim’s life in front of a police officer stating that he (referring to the informant Chris Wallace) was going to “make this building look like swiss cheese” based on 2 eyewitnesses account, but the police officer did nothing about the informant Chris Wallace verbalizing a clear threat to harm the victim.

Well, the informant Chris Wallace is the main suspect that did succeed at getting the victim shot. While the victim was in the hospital, Memphis Police Department charged the victim. As the victim was recovering from being shot, the victim’s business was vandalized by arson, which destroyed the victim’s company. The suspect of the arson was again the informant Chris Wallace, who even arrived on the scene of the fire while the fire department and police officers were at the scene. In addition, the informant Chris Wallace and one of his family members went inside the property at the scene of the arson crime. Either the fire department or the police department appeared to have ordered some of the property in the victim’s business to be strangely displaced. However, Detective Clark from Hollywood precinct dropped the charges against the victim, who was being framed, as the evidence showed that the victim and the victim’s family was being repeatedly threatened and terrorized by informant Chris with all of the evidence pointing that informant Chris. and his gang affiliates had also commited the arson. The Hollywood precinct were supposed to be investigating the informant Chris. and reversing and pursuing charges against the informant Chris. Now, the case mysteriously has been transferred to New Allen Police precinct, which is the same precinct that the informant’s family member is located. While the Memphis Police Department is trying to set up an innocent victim, the police department is also failing to arrest the informant Chris and his gang members, which gives the informant the chance  to try to kill the victim and the victim’s family again. Why is the informant Chris doing all of this to the victim? It is the victim’s belief that someone/entity sent the informant to do so with more details to come. Will Memphis Police finally succeed in trying to frame another innocent victim while concealing their informant’s crimes? We shall see.

UPDATE 5/11/21:

When police officers are corrupt, who actually holds them accountable? It appears that no one does, so I am here to report on those stories that the general news choose to ignore and be complacent in the corruption.

I have been reporting on a case for over 2 months, which MPD (especially Hood Booger, Detective Jones from Douglass), Sheriff Department (passed to them to divest Detective Jones of his conspiring crimes), and gang member, informant Chris Wallace have been trying to repeatedly frame and kill the victim Eddie Webber.

Background story leading up to March 11, 2021:

·      In November 2020, gang member, informant Chris Wallace is the suspect that sent his gang members to the victim Eddie Webber’s home to kill him. One of Eddie’s children answered the door and 2 men approached the home and began shooting at the house. The child had to close the door and immediately hide for cover, as bullets pierced inside the house. The victim’s wife and 3 children were located inside the home.

·      Gang member Chris Wallace pursued numerous harassments leading up to the March 9th, 2021 shooting of the victim Eddie Webber. The gang member Chris Wallace even threatened and made a statement in front of an officer and 2 other witnesses that he (referring to Chris Wallace) is going to make the victim Eddie Webber’s shop “look like swiss cheese”. The officer did nothing in regards to this threat. Gang member Chris Wallace also called the victim Eddie Webber and threatened to kill victim Eddie Webber and burn his shop down via phone, so victim Eddie Webber responded via text and asked Chris Wallace not to kill him and burn his shop down.

·      On March 9, 2021, gang member Chris Wallace is the suspect that had 2 men come to victim Eddie Webber’s shop and shot at Eddie Webber in front of his shop. Victim Eddie Webber tried to identify the men, which ultimately led to the gang members shooting the victim Eddie Webber in the left thigh. ****Note: Pictures on the cover of the brochure.*******

·      On March 13, 2021, victim Eddie Webber was forced to make a police report on gang member, informant Chris Wallace’s threat on trying to kill him as well as gang member Chris Wallace’s  threat to burn the victim Eddie’s shop down.

·      On March 15, 2021, Detective Jones of MPD, who is the cousin of gang member, informant Chris Wallace, appears to have retaliated against victim Eddie Webber for presumably making the police report against his thug cousin Chris Wallace by charging the victim Eddie with the following charges: reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, animal cruelty, dog fighting, chop shop, gang affiliation, and auto theft. The judge signed off of this warrant on 2:00 pm and the corrupt officers where waiting outside of the victim Eddie Webber’s house by 2:15 pm to serve him the warrant.

·      On March 18, 2021, while the victim Eddie Webber was still recovering from the gunshot wound, he was called and told that his shop on 1615 North Highland in Memphis was on fire. Suspect of the fire is gang member Chris Wallace, as he had intent and made the threat to do so.  In the process, gang member Chris Wallace may have been responsible for killing all of victim Eddie Webber’s dogs, which were located inside the shop. Victim Eddie Webber has suffered a loss of over $700,000 from the arson done to his shop, but the police officers refuse to prosecute or investigate their gang member, informant Chris Wallace, who has family ties to MPD. Unfortunately, victim Eddie Webber had no insurance to help cover the lost that he suffered. ·      On the March 19, 2021, officers was about to charge the victim Eddie Webber with arson and insurance fraud, but the victim Eddie came to the police station and showed the officers all of the evidence of which the officers finally dropped all of the charges. Those officers claimed that they would reverse the investigation and charge gang member Chris Wallace, but they NEVER did so. Detective Jones may have saved his gang member cousin, Chris Wallace again.

·      Since the Victim Eddie Webber’s business was destroyed and there was a constant threat on his family and his life, victim Eddie Webber had to close his business and rent out his shop to a tenant. So, victim Eddie Webber called his last few customers to give them their money and cars back. For those customers whose cars he could distinguish in the fire that got burned up, the victim Eddie Webber had to inform them that he would replace their cars. A few customers came back and told victim Eddie Webber that Detective Jones had tried to pressure them into trying to lie on victim Eddie Webber after they came to pick up their cars.

·      On March 30, 2021, victim Eddie Webber located a tenant for his property at 1615 North Highland and the new tenant took possession. Victim Eddie Webber was the landlord only with no other business involvement with the new tenant. Payment was provided to victim Eddie Webber. As a result, victim Eddie Webber tried to liquidate the remainder of his business and personal inventory, which was all purchased legally from the auction, Holmes towing before they retired, and Facebook Marketplace to give the new tenant all of the space needed to operate their new business at 1615 North Highland.

·      However, Detective Jones of MPD appears to still be on a mission to frame and attempt to kill the victim Eddie Webber again. On May 4, 2021, Officers entered property located at 1625 North Highland, which does not belong to victim Eddie Webber. Detective Williams spoke with Eddie, but Eddie informed the detective that 1625 North Highland was not his property. In addition, the victim Eddie Webber told the detective that he would no longer be speaking with officers without a lawyer because he stated that these officers are still attempting to frame him despite the victim participating and the evidence revealing that he is the victim. The most telling sign of these police officers’ corruption: When the victim Eddie mentioned that the officers are still moving forward with trying to frame the him, Detective Williams laughed and stated well I’ll try not to get you charged with a crime that you didn’t do. Victim Eddie Webber informed Detective Williams that he no longer was operating his business and he was only the landlord, so the victim Eddie directed the detective to call the new tenant to ask questions on 1615 North Highland property. Tenant admitted that Eddie Webber does have any dealings with his business.

·      On May 5, 2021, officers entered the property on 1615 North Highland. Someone called victim Eddie Webber up to the shop, as the officers were cutting his locks on his gates. However, after gaining entrance, the officers also tried cutting the hinges off the gate, so it could no longer be locked and secured. Victim Eddie Webber asked for a warrant and the officer stated that he forgot it, so the officers entered the property without presenting a warrant. Victim Eddie Webber told the officers which cars belonged to him and the officers began loading up all of his cars including tow trucks, air compressors, fork lifts and other proprty which was the property of the original lienholder. Victim Eddie Webber asked the officers why are you loading up all of my property and the officer informed him that they were only holding the property and the victim Eddie Webber will be able to get it back soon after they questioned him as a witness. None of Eddie Webber’s property was stolen and IF the new tenant had done anything illegal this is not the landlord’s fault of which Eddie Webber is ONLY the landlord. Detective Jones packaged this current false case up for their Sheriff buddies, so Detective Jones can presumably divest his name and MPD from the case as though they had no involvement in this case.

·      On May 7, 2021, the victim Eddie Webber contacted Fox13 News and WREG to try to help him and his family, but both news stations would not reply to help the victim. Victim Eddie was prepared to share all of his evidence with the news station in order to finally stop these officers from trying to constantly frame and kill him. However, on 5/11/21, those news stations became complacent and are actually covering for law enforcement and reporting a slew of false information to slander the victim. It appears that they won’t bite the hand (law enforcement) that feeds them stories even if the story is a lie.

·      About May 7, 2021, Detective Jones tried to intimidate another former customer of victim Eddie into trying to lie on Eddie again, but the customer refused to lie. The former customer stated that  Eddie was slow, but he always did what he promised and never took anything. The former customer stated that Detective Jones got angry at him because he would not lie. In addition, Detective Jones even got “hood” and stated that he (referring to Detective Jones) was from the hood, Douglas. The customer stated that they only asked about his personal car for only 5 minutes, but for 1 hour asked how is Eddie getting his money, etc. and steadily tried to pressure the former customer to lie on Eddie, which the former customer stated he did not.

·      On May 11, 2021, the MPD through the Sheriff Department is trying to combine 1625 North Highland and 1615 North Highland as one property even though it has 2 separate owners. Victim Eddie Webber owns 1615 North Highland only of which he is a landlord, who has some of the his cars located inside the shop.  However, none of the victim Eddie’s cars are stolen, but these cars were still located in the shop, as victim Eddie was in the process of selling it all to free of space for his new tenant. The Sheriff department listed pictures of victim Eddie Webber’s cars, which are not stolen to portray a false image. In addition, these officers are trying to frame him again for something that he was not a part of. The victim Eddie Webber is a landlord. The Sheriff and News station falsely reported that type, number of cars, and showed an image of the victim Eddie’s car to manipulate and lie to the public to tarnish the victim Eddie’s image again. This is a known tactic.

·      So, now we are here. These officers  (especially the hood booger, Detective Jones of MPD) are determined to ruin the victim Eddie financially with court cost, bail, and attorney fees because they are shamefully corrupted. Detective Jones appears to be telling his gang member cousin Chris Wallace the location of where the victim Eddie and his family resides, as Chris Wallace always knows where to find the victim Eddie and details before it is made public. None of the property of the victim Eddie’s was stolen and he was simply a landlord, but these corrupted, criminal officers conspired to do this. They have tried to kill and frame the victim Eddie so many times that it is a common theme at this point. I just hope that these officers don’t succeed in killing the victim Eddie like MPD killed his father.
